Our highly experienced drug and alcohol treatment team are available 24 / 7 to assist you in making the right decision. Once you call, one of our caring counselors will explain all the addiction treatment options available for you to get the help you need. They will answer all your questions, attempt to address your concerns, and walk you through the entire admissions process. If you are taking action on behalf of a love one, family member, or friend, call us and we will help walk you through the process of getting them admitted into treatment for drug or alcohol abuse.
Step 2
Receive an Evaluation
The next step is an assessment of your situation or that of your loved one. An Ocean Ridge admissions counselor will work with you to complete an assessment for you or your loved one. This will include the addiction history, health issues, family status, and any behavioral issues. This information will help to determine if our rehab programs are best suited to your individual needs. The most important thing at this stage is finding the right treatment to help with your recovery. Our admissions team will also work closely with your insurance provider. Here we can assist to confirm your coverage limits and set up benefits for your treatment. In most cases, health insurance benefits could cover most of the treatment cost. Usually there are only minimal out-of-pocket expenses. If insurance coverage is not available a team member will help you to evaluate other payment options.
Step 3
Admission Into Treatment
After the evaluation is complete and your insurance coverage has been arranged or other payment arrangements are in place, you’re ready! The last step is for you to come to our facility. Your admissions counselor will help arrange transportation or travel as necessary. Many clients come from out of state and our team are experts at arranging your travel. Our medical and clinical team will also be working on your individualized treatment plan to prepare for your arrival. You or your loved one will be greeted when arrive by a treatment team that knows your history and is ready to help you get better in a safe and comfortable environment.
