Nima brings over a decade of experience in the substance use treatment field and is currently working toward CADC – II certification. Throughout his career, he has developed a well-rounded foundation in clinical care, program operations and administrative strategy, allowing him to support both clients and the systems that serve them. Nima’s unique strength lies in his dual expertise in treatment and insurance operations. With an in-depth understanding of how clinical services intersect with insurance processes, he helps maximize access to care and ensures that clients’ needs are fully advocated for. His operational and management experience allows him to streamline internal systems while maintaining a strong client-centered focus.
