With over six years of dedicated service as Operations Manager at Ocean Ridge Treatment and Recovery, Tom brings a unique blend of leadership, compassion and hands-on experience to the field of addiction recovery. A graduate in Culinary Arts and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), he combines practical care with creative problem-solving to support clients on their journey to healing.
Before entering the treatment field, Tom spent 15 years as a derrickman on some of the largest drilling rigs in the U.S., including work with Nabors Drilling and offshore operations with Global Marine Drilling aboard the Adriatic IV. This demanding career instilled Tom with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a deep appreciation for teamwork.
Today, Tom channels that same drive into helping others overcome addiction. Tom is passionate about giving back, creating safe and supportive environments, and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives.
